1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zbazz online gaming platform available at zbazz.bio (the "Platform"). zbazz is operated as an online gaming and sports betting destination serving the Bangladesh market. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered account holders, guest visitors, and any person who accesses zbazz from any device or location. zbazz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the zbazz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. zbazz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. zbazz enforces strict age verification and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction preventing your use of online gaming services.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered zbazz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform is prohibited.

2Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the zbazz Platform, you must register an account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. zbazz will never ask for your password via any channel — any person or message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zbazz support immediately.
• All transactions and account activity associated with your credentials are your responsibility. zbazz accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify zbazz support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. zbazz may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation at its discretion in such circumstances.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your zbazz account or any associated balance to any third party.
• zbazz reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including prior to permitting a withdrawal. You agree to provide documentation requested as part of this process within a reasonable timeframe.

zbazz will use the personal information collected during registration and KYC solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, and complying with applicable obligations. Please refer to the zbazz Privacy Policy for full details on how your personal data is handled.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on the zbazz Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). zbazz supports local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select banking channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. zbazz reserves the right to adjust this minimum at its discretion. Current minimums will always be displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are outside zbazz's control. zbazz is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. zbazz reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Fees: zbazz does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees levied by the payment provider on their end are outside zbazz's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to a third party, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and investigation.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time zbazz offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms accompanying each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each bonus offer is available once per registered account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• Withdrawal Balance Display: Real money and bonus balances are displayed separately in your zbazz account at all times. You will always be able to see exactly which portion of your total balance is available for immediate withdrawal and which portion remains subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: zbazz actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear a wagering requirement without genuine risk, and collusion between accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will have bonuses voided and may be closed.

Promotional offers are at zbazz's sole discretion. zbazz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any player who has already accepted a bonus in good faith will have a reasonable opportunity to complete its wagering requirements at the terms originally stated.

5Responsible Gaming

zbazz is committed to responsible gaming and to providing tools that support healthy play habits for all Bangladesh players. The Platform is for adult entertainment only, strictly for persons aged 21 and above. zbazz provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: cap the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: receive automatic alerts after a chosen duration of continuous play to encourage breaks and maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently suspend your zbazz account. A temporary exclusion may be set for a period of between 24 hours and 12 months. A permanent exclusion closes the account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period no marketing communications will be sent to you.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbazz Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further action at zbazz's discretion.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different one.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any part of the Platform including game interfaces, payment flows, or customer support channels.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity. zbazz cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity where required by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, deposit, withdrawal, or dispute process.

zbazz reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Such determination is final and binding. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly actioned may contact zbazz support to request a review.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the zbazz Platform including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform is the exclusive property of zbazz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the zbazz Platform without the prior written consent of zbazz. Unauthorised use of zbazz intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8Privacy and Data Protection

zbazz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can access the full Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on zbazz.bio.

zbazz implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, secure password hashing, and automated fraud detection systems operating continuously across all accounts.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbazz excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its content. In particular, zbazz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The following specific limitations apply.

• zbazz is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• zbazz is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game result or payout, zbazz reserves the right to void the affected game round and either restore the account balance to its state immediately prior to the error or re-run the game round.
• Where zbazz's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, zbazz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your zbazz account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension and Termination

zbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances. Where an account is closed by zbazz for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their most recently used payment method.

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 6.
• zbazz is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or other competent legal body.
• zbazz has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes, pending investigation.

You may close your zbazz account at any time by contacting zbazz support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

11Amendments to These Terms

zbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zbazz will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where a change materially and adversely affects existing registered players, zbazz will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the contact method held on your account.

Your continued use of the zbazz Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting zbazz support.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. zbazz is operated as a digital gaming service. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. zbazz makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the intended Bangladesh market.
